I recently had an excellent experience at Greensboro Oral, Implant & Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center with Dr. Robert J. Riggs, Jr., DDS, MD. Dr. Riggs performed the extraction of my tooth #13, followed by a significant bone graft in preparation for a future dental implant. From the beginning, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and surgical expertise. What I believe is sometimes overlooked is the exceptional level of training patients receive when choosing Dr. Riggs. With both DDS and MD degrees, along with specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he brings together extensive knowledge of dentistry, medicine, and surgery. That combination gave me an added level of confidence in having him perform my procedure. I also want to recognize Dr. Riggs's Oral Surgery Assistant. Her comforting words, reassurance, and compassion helped soothe my anxiety in a way I had never experienced during a dental or surgical procedure before. That personal attention made a tremendous difference to me. In addition, the entire staff was responsive, courteous, and professional throughout my experience. Dr. Robert J. Riggs Jr. was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process of getting my son’s wisdom teeth removed! He was very efficient, precise, and professional during the surgery. My son had no issues with recovery and healed extremely well, just in time to be sent off to college. We are truly grateful for the excellent care he received. I highly recommend Dr. Riggs!

A seamlessly professional staff, from the talented receptionists to the financial dept, and to the dedicated oral staff who treated my dental issue. Dr. Riggs, Steph and Lisa, expertly explained every step of the treatment process and offered me options with which to proceed. During the procedure Dr. Riggs, Steph and Lisa continually checked on my condition to head off any potential issues. Very happy with the outcome and quality of service I received and recommend them highly.

I was recommended this place after an emergency visit to the dentist for a tooth ache. I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out so I decided to give it a kick all at one time. Took about 5 full days for swelling to go down. I did get some facial bruising which Doc Google said that's common. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I asked for my teeth afterwards and the gave me 3/4 full teeth perfectly pulled though impacted and only one broken up. I think that's pretty impressive considering all the YouTube videos show they have to break all the teeth during removals. The staff was very helpful beforehand, and afterwards, at least to my knowledge according to video. They gave me a cute little aftercare instruction bag and flowers and I can happily say I'm glad I did it all in one go. Highly recommend
